About Us

About Dronfield 2gether

“How can we work together as groups of individuals and organisations for the mutual benefit of Dronfield to create a happier and healthier town”?

Dronfield 2gether is a local project, delivered to the people of Dronfield, by the people of Dronfield. The project is building on the already fantastic range of voluntary and community groups, leaders and networks; which already provide services to support the wellbeing of Dronfield residents.

The Dronfield 2gether Champions are committed to promoting and developing community spirit and resilience in and around Dronfield. They collectively form the heart of Dronfield 2gether and support each other for the benefit of their own community projects and the wider community. This wonderful group of champions is growing all the time and openly welcomes new members. You can do as much or as little as you want, take forward an idea, work on or organise a community event, run your own project or simply help with someone else’s project or idea. The Champions are also interested in getting the local businesses involved; helping them to feel more involved and included in the local community.

Committee Members

Shelley Hinson – Dronfield 2gether Coordinator and ‘Chair’

“I have been supporting Dronfield 2gether from the very start, since it began in 2015.  I am passionate about creating health and wellbeing throughout Dronfield, having worked for a Natural Health & Holistic Studies Centre for 9 years, and I have studied various energy healing modalities, meditation techniques, relaxation techniques and Emotional Freedom Technique etc.

My vision is for Dronfield 2gether to help guide the residents of Dronfield to live a more healthy, joyful and fulfilling life.
